WALK FREE AWAY FROM SUBUD!

Hi folks, it's another glorious day walking freely without the bondage of Subud in my life and being subservient to Bapak and his sufi spirit of the latihan kedjiwaan. Set yourselves free too! LEAVE SUBUD! You'll  be so glad you did. It will be hard leaving all your friends and family but you owe it to yourself and to the one true living God to seek the TRUTH! Come to Jesus Christ the Way the Truth and the Life who freely gives us all the good things from God and the fruits of the Spirit " Love Joy Peace Longsuffering Gentleness Goodness Meekness Faith Self control." Subud will only ever give you a false version of these fruits and will inevitably let you down. True godly love is not to be found there. The Bible tells us to test or prove what the spirits are that are in the world. 1 John 4:1 1. Beloved , do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false spirits have gone out into the world." (Bapak is one of these false prophets dear friends. )

Well Subud is gearing up for its next world Congress to be held in New Zealand this year. It appears to be falling apart at the seams as a Subud friend was explaining recently to me. It now comprises of mainly older members who remember the 'good ol days' when Bapak was alive and touring around and younger members who don't really have much idea of the brotherhood ethos Subud once epitomized.
Countless committees are drawn up in an effort to breathe new life into a dying organisation but the collapse seems imminent as the decay slowly erodes any enthusiam left. The Enterprise' front lags along as one after another of their business ventures collapse and fall inward. The social work efforts seem little better though they do contribute in this area to the community in poorer countries in the way of some schools and suchlike.
Inevitably though because of its foundation it will either fade away or metamorphisize into some type of community activity such as 'Tai Chi' with remote memories of its history long forgotten in some such dusty library cared for by some old doddery Subud custodian whose life long passion was to spread 'Subud' all over the world but barely has the energy now to do much except reminisce on the glorious old days of Subud at its peak.
We as Christians can firmly rest on Gods word forever settled in the heavens. The Kingdom of God will stand forever is a promise we stand on as we look for the glorious appearing of our Saviour and God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Go to the above site and skim through some of the reading material. Try 'A Reporter in Subud' or 'Assignment in Subud' for some really ridiculous ramblings by Pak Subuh on a variety of subjects. Follow up that with some gleanings from ' Inner Wisdom' and 'The Mystical World of Java' by Prio Hartono( Paks first Helper) and you will really see the influences behind Pak Subuhs teachings and ramblings. I cant believe I really used to swallow this stuff!

Poor people who actually believe this stuff. No wonder they end up with severe mental problems. I get a headache just researching this stuff. God bless all and have a great week.

Are there any Bible believing Christians in Subud?

Have you ever come across bible believing Christians in Subud? No, you wont find any because they are not there! That is because they do not need a contact with God. They already HAVE one! They have been born again by the Spirit of God and have a brand new inner man dwelling inside of them who is created after the image of He who made it, GOD. They have the Spirit of JESUS CHRIST dwelling in them. This SPIRIT called the HOLY SPIRIT has ALL authority here on earth. They have an inner man who has an entirely NEW NATURE. The latihan does not do this. In fact according to scripture the latihan is a spirit that is residing in the 'old man' or sin nature of man. It has no power to deliver from sin. It does have power to DECEIVE the mind though. But when it comes into contact with the HOLY SPIRIT it's power is BROKEN. The latihan and Subud will fade away like so many man made things but the Word of the TRUE Living God of the Bible will STAND FOREVER and of His Kingdom there will be NO END .

There must be a lot of exsubud people out there.I wonder what they are doing. To a lot of people leaving Subud is no problem. Easy come and easy go they think. But to the people who take Bapak seriously and what he said it's not that easy. In fact it's a nightmare!
What if you really believed Bapak and what he said the latihan was? I mean he said the latihan was from GOD and that he was the FULFILLMENTt of Jesus and Muhammed. Thats a pretty awesome thing to say! I mean when Jesus came and did all those miracles, healing and raising people from the dead and taught that amazing teaching and died and rose again, wouldn't you have believed Him too?
So it's pretty hard for sincere people who don't know anything else. Even if they have problems they just soldier on through. But what about people who can't do that? People who's lives collapse because they can't bear the anguish caused by a lack of the REAL thing.
When you do hear about the REAL thing, it's a real release. When you hear Jesus took it all for you it's a real relief! You know you'll never be perfect and to hear someone has paid that price for YOU is SO Amazing.'" Come unto me all who labour and heavy laden and I will give you rest" said the Lord. "My yoke is easy and my burden is light."
Bapak could never give me what the true God has given me. Pardon for my sins and ETERNAL LIFE!

Coming out of Subud

To all members of Subud and ex-members,
There is HOPE and HEALING for you all . Do not believe that because you are walking away from Subud you are walking away from GOD. That is just not true. The latihan is not what you have been led to believe it is ie. a contact from the TRUE God. The Spirit of the true living God has certain characteristics we can be sure of and if we are IN THE SPIRIT we will exibit these characteristics. LOVE, JOY, PEACE, LONGSUFFERING ,GENTLENESS, MEEKNESS, GOODNESS, FAITH AND SELF-CONTROL. The Spirit of the true God goes far, far deeper than the latihan kedjiwaan and is far, far more powerful than the latihan. Jesus said "I am the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE and NO MAN comes to the FATHER but by ME. There is no other way to God except through JESUS CHRIST.
